Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and understanding their business goals.

• Actively seek and pursue new business leads and prospective clients to grow the agency’s client base

• Lead project briefings and ensure clear communication of client needs to internal teams (creative, strategy, production).

• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals across multiple accounts.

• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to deliver work that meets client expectations and aligns with the agency’s creative standards.

• Proactively identify opportunities to grow client accounts and upsell services.

• Present work, reports, and recommendations to clients with confidence and clarity.

• Monitor campaign performance and coordinate reporting and insights.

• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in account management or client service, preferably in a creative or marketing agency.

• Strong understanding of creative processes and marketing fundamentals (digital, content, campaigns, branding).

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball.

• Adept in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.) and presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Passion for creativity, branding, and innovation.

• Bonus: Experience working with animation, media, or digital content teams.
